This Refurb resulted in a total transformation of an old Villa in San Roque Golf Club.  The Villa is in a prime location, overlooking the Golf Course, the original build and layout did not take advantage of the spacious gardens and views.  
It is now a stunning villa with an easy flow throughout,  each room layout enjoys great views and light.  Contemporary with a Traditional feel as the owners requested with a bigger pool & landscaped gardens. Ready to walk in and start living....

Complete refurbishment of 4 Bed apartment in Los Flamingos. We created open plan space, sunny and bright by knocking down dividing walls and fitting large windows and doors. We also designed and built a new terrace swimming pool, new bathroom area and new contemporary stairs.

This was a challenging and enjoyable reform, the owners -  being a Dynamic Team had taken time to create an impressive, ambitious ‘Wish List’   Our Team were excited to accept the Project, happily putting their expertise and vision to the test -   We achieved and surpassed the challenge. It was an old 90’s Villa on a wonderful site but its original design had many dark rooms with small windows, various floor levels, an awkward flow throughout the house. It now has light, bright open spaces with an easy flow. Every single aspect has been Enhanced !  It now has contemporary, open plan interiors.  It stands out as one of the finest Villas in the Marbella area. 

On this Project, we were proud to work with The Architectural Studio, Alejandro Giménez Architects. The owners brief was to maintain the original, traditional mediterranean characteristics, yet be modern, interesting and functional for their family.  We used local natural materials, such as wood, terracotta and reeds.  Natural light floods the Villa, large windows and doors allow a direct indoor / outdoor connection. It has a very special and unique character.

This transformation has to be seen to be believed - a semi detached 4 bed Townhouse was left in a decrepit state - Diamond Construction gave it a new lease of life. Now a spacious bright home, with walls of windows to enjoy the beautiful views to the sea and to the Village of Manilva.  Open Plan, Contemporary Interiors.  Big bright kitchen with patio doors to the private garden. Totally new bathrooms. Beautiful!
